Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified within 24 hours with an expected ship date. If the ship date is longer than you can wait for the item, you can cancel the order by calling us at 877-835-7965 or e-mailing us at Support@windshieldrepairkits.net. Please have your order number when calling about an order.
Products are generally shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. If you need us to expedite your order, you will have the option of selecting several faster methods of shipping when ordering online.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships with the UPS tracking number. If you lose or misplace this, you can email us or call us at 877-835-7965.
Any return, whether it is for a warranty or not must come back with a return authorization number. For warranty returns call us at 877-835-7965
Windshield Repair Kits products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.
This limited warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification and improper installation. Used resins, supplies and materials missing in the kit will not be credited back and are excluded. There may be up to a 50% restocking fee applied to returned kits.
Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are no warranties of Windshield Repair Kits products or any part thereof, whether expressed or implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT
If a Windshield Repair Kits Product is suspected of being defective, contact us directly at 877-835-7965. Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement.
